First General Services has been certified and trained in fungal contamination through ASCR International. 

Following the NYC Department of Health guidelines, IICRC guidelines and the EPA manual, FGS has set forth a strict program. This program enforces strict policies & procedures for technicians, proper use of sanitizers and biocides, and the installation of specialty equipment including, but not limited to: air scrubbers, negative air machines, HEPA vacuums, containment barriers etc.

Following these guidelines ensures that spore levels will be returned to an acceptable level after remediation has been performed.
