Restoration work by First General Services of Northeastern PA typically begins with conditions like these in a fire-damaged unit of Nanticoke, PA low-income housing project. With debris removed, rooms cleaned and structurally damaged wood replaced, the shell is sprayed with B-I-N to seal smoke odors and stains. New sheetrock is primed with Bulls Eye 1-2-3 prior to painting.

Burnt or "alligator" rafters were soda-blasted, deodorized and primed before the new insulation and drop ceiling was installed. Commercial appliances were cleaned with our high-pressure steam cleaning unit, bringing the items back to near-new condition.
